After spending a few days at Disney, I splurged a bit more on this property than I wanted, but it was worth every penny. You truly cannot beat the immediate pool and beach access and nearly everything is within a 5-10 minute drive. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Not only is it obvious the owners and housekeepers care about the property, but the renters have also respected everything...

"We are very familiar with Cocoa Beach and the location was right in the middle of everything. Unit was spacious and clean. We were able to cook all of our meals and hang out comfortably with our family. "

"I want to say "stay away" just so I'll have a reservation next time. I can't lie. This place is awesome. It's beautiful. serene and peaceful. Imagine yourself waking up each morning to playful dolphins, few manatees, various birds. The kayaks provided were perfect. The sunset tp west, visible. Two things I'd suggest to the manage: Lawn chairs for viewing in back yard and a grab bar in the showers. Otherwise, the unit is gorgeous."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is in a very nice, quiet complex, and is in the perfect location for enjoying everything that Indian Harbour Beach and Melbourne have to offer. "This year was my third year staying here! Nothing short of paradise. The ocean is only a small walk from the condo. The Condo has everything you need from boogie boards, towels, coolers, etc. The grocery store is right down the road, along with restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tub is kept very clean.The kids and adults all had the best time!"
