Pretty well stocked with towels, dishes, soap/sponge/paper towels, coffee, etc..Only note is there is no TV in the bedroom (it's in the living room). "This was such a sweet property tucked away from the busy main road, but easy distance from Kennedy Space Center, which we visited. Cloud cover prevented seeing it, but we were close enough to feel and hear the midnight rocket launch the second night of our stay. Really excellent kitchen, comfy beds, and relaxing back deck."

"We absolutely loved the location in regards to the activities we had planned. The layout of home was great! Everything we needed was available. Unfortunately, the shower in the master bath would not maintain a consistent temperature. That was very uncomfortable and took away from what would have been a near perfect stay. The back yard had not been cleaned since recent storms. Was not safe to walk around. Overall was a wonderful stay though. "

"This cottage was the perfect place for our long weekend away. We loved being able to walk to coffee, restaurants, and shopping. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog and we really appreciated all of the provided chargers for charging our devices. Debra was friendly and communicated everything we needed to know, even letting us know there was a launch scheduled while we were in town. We would definitely stay again!"

"This is the quintessential beach cottage. Very well equipped, very clean, very homey. The linens were soft - not the sandpaper linens you get thru rental agencies. Great beach chairs, beach cart, everything you need! SUPER convenient to NUMEROUS restaurants/bars, short walk to historic Cocoa Beach & 1 block off the ocean - easy stroll. Will definitely be back!"

Staff all very friendly with decent facilities Wish there was a bar on ocean Side, Mexican restaurant was ok but local choices weren’t great so didn’t want Mexican every night.
