"Great locaton! Well appointed room. Digital check-in worked well enough however bagage storage was supposed to be available at 8am. Staff didn't arrive until 8:30am and the digital access code wasn't valid until 3pm. With no access to the lobby and at -4C this needs a rethink."

Breakfast is amazing: plenty of food choices and Finnish specialties including the Karelian pie (and veggie option of that even). The hotel is modern, clean and tidy, with maintaining a hint of their prison history.
