"The marketing on this property was top notch. Upon arriving , we realized we were not staying in resort style accomodations but instead we had rented a furnished apartment in a complex of full time renters. These accommodations were adaquate and reminded us of some college apartments we had in the 1990s . Unfortunately for a vacation, we would not choose this place again. "

"Neat clean. Good for price in this area. Due to change in my plans attempted to contact owner to extend my stay never got response, just auto checkout reminder. Was dissappointed there was no closet and only a small fridge. Door latch never really worked, silly to expect me to slam or lift door into latch, I eventually just used deadbolt, which was secure. Walls very thin, used TV to avoid learning to much about other visitors."

"Stayed at this property with my elderly mother, my daughter, and her two children. It was a nice, safe property for the kids. We were able to have dinner with friends there, they could use some more utensils and pots, but it was manageable. The beds are comfy. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. There is an Albertsons grocery store nearby and it's close to Old Scottsdale and lots of restaurants and entertainment and shopping. Would definitely rent this property again."
