"The property was very nice. Great location to downtown old Scottsdale. the only issue we had was the website for the property said coffee/tea maker. Thought this was a coffee maker so we brought coffee and coffee grinder to make coffee in the room. Typically hotel rooms have a coffee maker. However, all that was in the room was a pot to heat water for instant coffee or tea. "

"Neat clean. Good for price in this area. Due to change in my plans attempted to contact owner to extend my stay never got response, just auto checkout reminder. Was dissappointed there was no closet and only a small fridge. Door latch never really worked, silly to expect me to slam or lift door into latch, I eventually just used deadbolt, which was secure. Walls very thin, used TV to avoid learning to much about other visitors."

"Lovely unit. Mattresses very soft. Bathrooms need some TLC. More lamps would be nice. A lot of supplies such as soaps and paper products already there. Nice to have a garage. "

"The house was a blast. Tons of stuff to do in the property, very clean and organized and close to everything including multiple gyms. Only 10 mins from the airport and the owner is always on top of everything if needed. "

"Very nice hotel, super clean and well kept. Overall I enjoyed spending 5 days here although I wish the complimentary breakfast the hotel provides will switch up at least every other day. Besides that staff was super nice and it was a good stay! "

"Hotel offers yoga every morning 8am, 24/7 fitness center, movie night every Friday 6pm, captions provided along with headphones (may or may not work). There are fireplaces, ample comfortable seating, chess, backgammon, the atmosphere is amazing, free bikes from sunrise to sunset, hammocks, tree swing, patio seating, shuttle from 7am-9:45pm within 3 miles. The rooms are very small but beautiful. They could make some improvements that I shared, also they need a better shampoo (it stinks) the conditioner and lotion smell the same and great; citrusy. Oh yea, there's complimentary iced tea (& iced water) when you arrive, a fireplace; just absolutely beautiful AND a DJ Friday nights from 6-10pm. There are a ton of meeting rooms. The staff are so professional and courteous., Tony, security, smells good, he wears Brut 33 & Polo. He wears the Brutt cuz his dad wears it, he's 88. I really hope to hear from the GM, cuz I provided a lot of necessary feedback for safety and improvements. "

"The Hyatt House old Scottsdale is a great place to stay, it was clean, had well equipped kitchen, great shower, and a comfortable bed. Small whinge, there was NO powerpoint anywhere near a mirror so it was hard to dry my hair and see what I was doing to myself. Loved the fire pit inthe garden, and saw kids having fun in the pool. On balance great. "

"We had a blast with our kids - ages 2 & 7!! Although we found the magiquest games to be difficult to understand, they still had fun waving the wand at the various spots around the property. Mini golf (very mini!) and bowling (also mini) were big hits though!! The water park itself is aweome. So much to do for kids of all ages! We stayed in the Grizzly Suite - it was a great size for us and we all slept well. We will definitely go back!!"
