「Everything is perfect! The grounds are always clean and lush w beautiful flowers and trees. The rooms are excellent. The balcony is great to just relax. The staff is very friendly. 」

「I had a really nice stay overall, and the hotel itself is beautiful with a prime location. The rooms were very comfortable and well-appointed. However, I was genuinely surprised by the lack of hospitality from much of the staff. Aside from a few standouts—Braelyne, Taylor, and Alexa, who were absolutely amazing—the rest of the team seemed disengaged and, at times, inconvenienced to assist me and my friends. 「This was the most beautiful hotel we’ve ever stayed at! The property was gorgeous and the attention to detail in the decor is stunning. Just walking around was a pleasure but the dining and room accommodations were what made the stay perfect!」

「The water park is a blast but it is expensive and they overcharge for everything. $15 to self park your car. $35 for a plate of nachos, burger, fries, and one small drink. Resort fees that are almost as high as the room. 」
