"Prior to arrival, the communication from the property manager was excellent and meeting her in person was a welcome greeting. We were offered a different bigger apartment ( we were called upon arrival) and the following night I moved into the one I booked originally. "We generally enjoyed our stay. The apartment is directly across from the stadium and a rugby stadium and so just be aware if there are events taking place. Otherwise it’s a rather quiet area right on the river. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to food including groceries. The train station is about 10 minutes as well. Overall good! "Really enjoyed our stay in Cardiff - hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. My only criticism is that the rooms don’t have usb charging points for phones - I didn’t think to bring a charging plug as most hotels don’t need them nowadays - and I really don’t want to be going back and for to reception to charge my phone. It just makes the hotel seem a little dated - apart from that the hotel was nice and clean."

"This was a great location for exploring the city. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the room would benefit from having a proper deep clean and an update refurb as it's a bit dated. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was very good. "
