「The room we stay was fine but surely not at the 5 stars quality compare to many others 5 stars hotel I have stayed before. The room was abit aged, coffee cups got coffee marks which need to be washed before use. Second night we didn’t have hot water which wasn’t impress. Breakfast was nice, a lot of options. However, dinner foods were the opposite. We had grilled chicken burgers and the chicken breast was very dry but the chips was nice. For what they charged for the foods definitely not...

「Lovely clean and recently renovated room. Front of the property and on the first floor so a stunning view of Cardiff and Caerphilly mountain. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice and quality items on the menu. All the staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Beautiful hotel and stunning views.
