"The hotel had a fantastic view and was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and kind. It is a little bit of a walk from the entrance of the park (about 2km), but if you ask the staff, they will drive you there for free."

"Absolutely everything was amazing about this place. From the staff who were always friendly, smiling, courteous and always on hand to assist you. The food which was absolutely amazing and the afternoon tea is definitely worth hanging around for. The accommodation (we stayed in the two-bedroom apartment) has clearly been tastefully and carefully designed in to be in keeping with the natural and local environment, whilst being modern. "Lovely stay. Only stayed here for one short night but wished we could have stayed longer. Beautiful charming place in an old restored building. Nice area along the Yulong river. Yummy food and resto has a nice terrace. We went back the next day for dinner;) Room is clean and spacious. Staff is helpful and friendly. "

" Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. The staff was nice but spoke no English. Now for the Bad: On hotels.com, the map shows...

"Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel. Everything is basic no frills. Breakfast was so so. Had a 1 bedroom double bed apartment and only 1 breakfast was included. Best go for twin bed for 2 breakfast but not worth it. No complaints and no compliments, just a plain simple apartment hotel."
