"On checking in, my credit card which was used to secure the booking was charged even though I ticked the pay on arrival button and I was standing at the counter with my eftpos card. This meant that I then had to go into my bank accounts and move money around which was inconvenient. The room was nice and large with cloud-like beds that were beautiful to sleep on. When I pulled down the blind there was a big strip of dust the length of the blind. I'm not sure anyone had ever cleaned along the top...

"Well located, close to Kingston shops and restaurants. Very quiet and well appointed apartment. The complimentary snacks were a nice touch. We booked only two days before we travelled, very last minute and reception called us straight away to check how we’d like the rooms to be set up. We’d definitely recommend Knightsbridge."
