Onsite property caretaker living in back unit and uses shared driveway.  


Pets allowed on request ONLY for an extra charge of USD 100 per pet, per week. The maximum number of pets ONE. Wildlife and tenant on the property and pets must be attended by owners at all times.  Pets can't be left at the property unattended at any time. 


Security Camera Disclosure: In order to protect the property, there is a security camera outside in the back area overlooking the parking.


This property offers convenient parking for up to three cars. We are committed to ensuring a comfortable stay and are happy to provide additional information or assistance as needed. 


WILDLIFE: We love to welcome pets, but please note there is wildlife in the country area. Wildlife near the home can include coyotes, bobcats, foxes, feral cats, racoons, snakes, and more. Please always keep your animals safe while on the property and animals are not to be left onsite without the owners at any time during the stay..
