"This was our favourite hotel on our Japanese room. We got a large family room with 4 double beds, 2 showers and a seating area. There was also generous storage. The hotel was spotlessly clean with friendly, helpful staff. It was a short walk to Kyoto train station but they also had a free shuttle bus. Lots of good restaurants near by, but we also ate at the hotel which was decent. This was a great base for a stay in Kyoto "

"The staff were very polite and helpful. They helped us call for a taxi at 5 in the morning so we could make it the airport in time. The hotel is was well maintained and clean. It was a great experience and I’d stay here again if I come back to Kyoto! "
