"Spent 4 nights and was very satisfied with my stay. The breakfast and dinners were buffet style in a large cafeteria, with a very nice selection of different options each day. The semi-enclosed hot bath (gender segregated) was nice, though the view is restricted only to the very top of the tree line. "This place is really bad value for money. There were clumps of dust in the bathroom, the fixtures hadn't been updated in decades. The breakfast was awful. Nobody manning the front desk. The Japanese tatami room and the onsen were OK but these were the only redeeming factors in an otherwise totally disappointing stay. I was expecting much, much more for the price we paid. If it was 50% cheaper, it would've been barely worth it."
