Peyman

It's about 10 minutes walk to metro and a plaza with Starbucks and restaurants. There are some stores next to the hotel including Family Mart which is very convenient for travelers. The room was clean and okay, there was no safe in the room, but the hotel seemed to be in a safe area. Staff were nice but no one spoke English. Breakfast was also good. Overall it's a decent place to stay.
