"Staffs are wonderful, and Very fluent in English. They go above and beyond to help customers. I am not particularly good at tech. The staffs helped me downloaded, selected right plan for our Hakone free pass. They also make sure we know the time of our bus. Both the indoor, and outdoor hot springs are beautiful. The restaurant, the breakfast, and dinner is both authentic as well as delicious. Everything is an amazing experience. "

The only thing that made me uncomfortable was that my friends and I seemed to be the only foreigners staying at the time, so we got a lot of curious looks.
