"Incredible high floor view of everything north of downtown Sendai, including the Sendai Dai Kannon statue. The room was very large, quiet, and felt very luxurious, including the great smelling bath salts. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. "A wonderful stay at a great hotel, at an extremely good price. Extra special thank you to Sato-san and Koike-san for their very kind help with some important paperwork! "Extremely good value hotel in Sendai only 10 minutes from the station through Central exit across the walkway and down the lift to street level and round the corner. Used laundry ( detergent supplied), staff good as I had to change my room on arrival as the water in the toilet cistern kept running so I knew I had to change rooms which the man at reception did with no problem. Value wise excellent as fairly modern, clean etc and half the price of similar standard hotels in Japan in my 4 weeks...

The breakfast was nutritious and offered a variety of options, though the selection remained largely the same with only minor daily changes. Overall, the service and hospitality were excellent."

"The whole process, from communication before check-in to storing my luggage there after check-out, was very smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, signage was foreigner-friendly, and there was a great range of amenities and supplies provided. The bed and bathroom were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My only wish is for a lobby or public seating area for leisure aside from the hotel room, and perhaps a map and suggestions of things to do in Sendai."
