"A wonderful stay at a great hotel, at an extremely good price. Extra special thank you to Sato-san and Koike-san for their very kind help with some important paperwork! We're delighted to say they helped us get married in Tokyo a few days later, and wrote us a lovely note too (Thank you Sato-san. Come on your Spurs!) All of the staff were friendly and helpful. "Staff were very professional, patient and accommodating throughout my entire stay. Although there was a language barrier, communication was easily transmitted. "Incredible high floor view of everything north of downtown Sendai, including the Sendai Dai Kannon statue. The room was very large, quiet, and felt very luxurious, including the great smelling bath salts. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They greet you on the first floor and handle luggage, then direct you to the 25th floor lobby where check-in happens. "The toilet was somewhat small, and there was a step at the entrance that caused me to trip a few times. The breakfast was nutritious and offered a variety of options, though the selection remained largely the same with only minor daily changes. Overall, the service and hospitality were excellent."

"The hotel is one of the beautiful hotel in center of Sendai city. Many Europe style objects make you feel to stay in out side of Japan. They have connecting room, so they provided the room for our family, @ adults and two teenager. The kid of service is very rare nowadays, so we really appreciate their kindness. We love to stay the hotel again. Sure, their food quality is wonderful. Please order your breakfast and book their Chinese restaurant at the top of the hotel. "

Convenient Hotel near JR Sendai Station

"The hotel was conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from the JR station, although if one is new to Sendai, it could be a bit hard to find since it's not on a main road. It was however very convenient to access the Sendai subway and buses, as well as shopping and dining options in the area. The hotel seems to be recently renovated as the interior was well furnished. There is a self-check in requirement which is a bit new for me, but otherwise it was smooth. My room was well-equipped and was comfortable. It was fairly standard for Japanese accommodations so I don't have any complaints. The wifi worked well and I enjoyed a very pleasant night's sleep. There was no complimentary breakfast offered, but it was not a big deal for me. The luggage storage was also self-served and requires an IC card. There were instructions in English so it wasn't hard to figure out. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel and would consider again for future stays in Sendai. "

"The whole process, from communication before check-in to storing my luggage there after check-out, was very smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, signage was foreigner-friendly, and there was a great range of amenities and supplies provided. The bed and bathroom were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My only wish is for a lobby or public seating area for leisure aside from the hotel room, and perhaps a map and suggestions of things to do in Sendai."
