"Nice hotel , clean rooms , stuff was ok , it’s in a great location, very close to shops, restaurants , stores , bus stops right up front of the hotel. "

"The hotel looks to be renovated and uses a digital key to open the front sliding door and room door. I was sent a link with my reservation info and the digital keys. Opened the link on my phone and swiped the digital key to open the door. My concern was whether their WiFi would be working, which is needed to open the link. Cell signal on my phone was spotty there. Parking was in the rear of the hotel on parking spots with yellow lines. Coop market was next door, which was very convenient....

"Super happy, helpful staff. Family room was just as expected - a good size. Bathroom was small, but had/did everything we needed! Car park was tight to get in/out of, but good to prevent windscreen frosting over. Location was perfect to visit Titlis and Luzern etc and breakfast offer was fair! "

"We stayed here on our way to Basel for New Years and it was a quaint little hotel near a skiing hotspot. The fog in the area was quite thick so we unfortunately couldn’t take in the beauty of the area. The breakfast was rather limited compared to other places we stayed and parking was across the street in a shopping plaza lot but close enough not to be inconvenient. There were only a couple of restaurants that were open nearby and most people were in town for the skiing. Sad we couldn’t take one...

"We are a family of five with three sons and this place was perfect for us. We had a suite with a great view of the lake and we really enjoyed walking on some of the surrounding trails. The room had all of the modern conveniences and the breakfast was amazing. We really enjoyed staying here. "

"The lake view from the window and restaurant is magnificent! The extra 30 mins drive paid off! Bed is comfy, the extra single bed for my 11 yo daughter is good size. Cleanliness is good enough to ease my OCD. Check in & out staffs were very friendly, only the room cleaning lady surprised us without knocking. Overall I must say it was a great deal with breakfast, parking plus the lake view. There is a little resting park just a minute drive on the right which is definitely worth some photos! "

"Fabulous hotel with views of Vierwaldsaresee. The staff are amazing!! Rooms clean and well equipped. Food is excellent. Hot tub overlooking the lake is lovely. Bus to Luzern from outside hotel takes 20 mins "
