「The only reason i gave 4 stars is because of the staff. One of the best and friendliest staff I’ve ever seen. I might come back another time just because of them. Cleanliness is a different story and it’s not even staff’s fault because it looks like a lot of carpet needs to be replaced- in the elevators and the room. 」

「ダブルベッドで予約したが、初めシングル1台の部屋に案内された。部屋の変更をお願いし、ダブルベッドの部屋はsold outとのことで、キングベッド一台とカウチソファベッドの部屋になった。ソファベッドの寝具がかなり汚かったため、シーツと枕カバーを交換し、何とか5人で泊まった。トラブル後の対応は丁寧でした。」

「Arrived at 8pm, long line for check in, girl at front desk did excellent job for customer service but was the only one there working. She was trying to check in and take care of issues at same time. THIS TRU NEEDS MORE STAFF AT NIGHT. Got to room and tv would not come on during March madness so had to go back down and wait in line to ask about tv not working. She said multiple times that kids plug in all their accessories so I need to check all the connections because they don’t plug everything...
