「The bathroom had broken tile and missing grout. The shower had built in body wash, shampoo and conditioner but 2 of the 3 didn’t work even though I could see they were full. The lock on our door kept making noises. The people above us had children they allowed to just run back and forth and you could hear every footstep. It kept waking up our 7 month old. The TV kept glitching. 」

「Check in was very strange and not welcoming- the woman at the desk did not say anything to me other than to ask my name- no welcome not even a hello. She didn’t ask to see my ID or my credit card. Just handed me the room keys. Didn’t tell me where the room was, nothing about breakfast, wifi or literally anything. It was the strangest and honestly, rudest experience I’ve had at a hotel. 「What a quaint little B&B. Stayed in the George Washington Room. Nice comfortable beds. Excellent star worthy breakfast they bring you in their cafe. If you need options due to allergies or food intolerance, Kit and Gary will take care of it. The staff is very kind and always helpful. True southern hospitality. OMG the biscuits though.....what I would give to get those again. 5* and its an honest 5*.」
