The only option for AC was a fan. It wobbled so bad we did not feel safe using it, so we went to a local store and bought our own. I was also just recently charged an additional $30. The hotel says its the additional fee Expedia didn't collect. This is a no contact hotel, meaning you do check-in by phone and you pay by a link sent by the property. I will not stay at this property again.

This is a great little place that’s very quiet and walking distance to pretty much everything in town. New updated rooms that were very clean . The staff was amazing . I highly recommend this place for other travelers in the area . You can’t go wrong ..

This motel is newly remodeled clean and very quiet. They have a easy check in and the staff here are top notch. My family and I stayed in their family suite. It is beautiful. Its a mini apartment! It has a refrigerator convention stove... even a dishwasher!! If your coming to Saratoga you have to stay here!! Its so worth the cheap price!

The room was lovely, spacious, and clean. The kitchenette was lovely too. I would totally recommend the Snowy Range/Silver Moon Inn. We will definitely stay there again.

Nice clean refurbished property. It is a good basic place to stay. No room cleaning during stay. Good clean microwave, and fridge. Coffee pot, but no coffee, sugar or creamer. Manager was very responsive. Good place to stay. For Saratoga Wyoming it is definitely on the high end of what there is for accommodations.

What a fantastic gem of a place to hang your hat! Rooms are well-appointed and very clean. Bedding and mattress wonderful. The attentive and present staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall a fabulous experience staying here!

Newly renovated, clean. I wasn't expecting roadside motel style accomodations. The parking was pretty tight as was the room. But, we really didn't spend much time in it besides sleeping so, the size turned out alright. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Linens were new and the place was spotless. Not to mention, the staff were friendly and accomodating. Location is fantastic - two block walk from downtown shops and reataurants but still reasonably quiet. Dog friendly!

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The problem was Expedia that advertised the place at $65/night or $78 including taxes and fees. The bill was $111. After I told the motel people, they said they charge $110, which is an excellent rate. Apparently others have similar problems with Expedia doing a bait and switch. I will avoid Expedia from here on.

The sign outside doesn’t say the name of the hotel. The office is closed with a contact phone number to call. I drove around the block thinking there had to be a mistake. The AC units sound like a jet engine. Impossible to sleep.

Everything was great inside the property, but my password did not work. Had to contact a rep by phone to get a new one. Also, the people next door talked until 2 am and then turned on the TV at 4 am. Terrible!

Way tooo expensive for the size of the room.. manager needs training.. of the 15 rooms available she put 4 rooms side by side. .noise from both sides .. room not big enough to have a table and two chairs.. toilet had not been cleaned.. small coffee maker but no coffee, sugar or creamer.. for a two day stay high price.. F- Rating.. never again.. we drove 3 hours and had to wait over a hour for the room code to open the door.. because she went to party...voice mail full.. if it wasn't for another renter helping us we could've waited a lot longer .. everyone in this small town is very nice and respectful.. please find another place to stay..

Unconventional check-in meant having to find a email with door code. New construction, but white sheets and pillowcases were covered in dog hair; looked like beds had just been remade, not changed. Mirror had previous guest’s toothpaste splatter.
