"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

"Me and the wife truly could not get enough of this town, let alone the lodge. Greeted with some of the best staff around we were able to experience Santa Fe almost to its fullest with just the couple of days we were staying.
