「This place is comfortable and reasonably priced. It's in the heart of Old San Juan, and walking distance of everything. However the electrical outlets and panel are in sore need of repair. There were dangerously exposed fixtures. They say laundry facilities are available after 4:00 p.m., but be aware that the staff ignores their last loads of laundry and you have to move them along yourself.」

「We ended up in the Garden Apartment, which was nice but overall a little stuffy and dark (minus the garden room during the day). The floorplan was a little strange, but the owners did a nice job with trying to make things as comfortable as possible. The space was clean and we loved the location in Old San Juan. Customer service was excellent on our arrival day when I called regarding early check-in or bag drop-off, and we were provided with a travel crib for our baby. We would certainly stay...

「Beside the sofa bed being disgusting everything else was pretty nice. It was a little cozy apartment they did have local food and stores which was very convenient. Locals were super nice. The ac was amazing and yes so was the hot water. It had Netflix a full functioning kitchen although we didn’t use it. They did hit my rental in the parking lot so be mindful I’m pretty sure it was staff because I saw a women whom worked the in a white car also hit another vehicle and literally drove off I mean...

「Loved the aesthetic of the hotel but there was a little stench in the first floor in the room with the dining table. Either than that the hotel really shows the idea of an aesthetic San Juan architecture. Loved that everything was walking distance 」
