"Oceanfront Escape" on Balboa, is a spacious four-bedroom, three bath condo that has ocean views from almost every room, with beach access only steps away. It's the absolute perfect spot to sit out on the patio and whale, dolphin, otter - watch and sunset gaze while the ocean breeze lulls you into a whole new level of serenity.

The entry level of the home has the Kitchen and Dining area, Living Room, guest bedroom with a Queen bed, and a guest bedroom with 2 twin size beds.The upper level of the property features the master suite with a King bed and sliders that lead out to a wrap-around deck, a guest bedroom with a Full size bed and a Trundle bed that has a single bed on top and full size bed that pulls out from underneath, so in all the property can comfortably accommodate 10 guests.
There are two living room areas, both up and downstairs, each with gas fireplaces, flat-screen televisions, and private oceanfront balconies, providing an unequaled and spectacular view!

Plan your trip today to include a drive up California's iconic Highway 1 on your way to visit Hearst Castle, (keep an eye out for some of the Castle's resident Zebra herd), visit local wineries, make a stop at Cambria's Famer's Market for the freshest produce around, visit our local gift shops and restaurants and last, but not least, make sure you don’t forget your beach towels! Another Awesome Friends' Vacation

Celebrated my 60th with friends and family. Everyone loved the house. The walks on the beach and the parks nearby for sunrise and sunset were amazing! The neighbors (owners I think) were all very kind and helpful. WIFI was a little sketchy and needed a few resets. Would stay again if given the opportunity.

Best vacation ever!
Just the ladies this weekend!! Words can’t describe our four nights in San Simeon. The accommodations are over the top incredible. The owner really has thought of everything. The seating is perfectly situated throughout the condo for exquisite views of the ocean. The steps to the beach make it easy to venture out. We shared several gourmet meals together in a warm and well appointed kitchen and dining room area. The bedrooms are large and roomy with comfortable beds. We will definitely be back. The surroundings are stunning. Be sure to check out the city of Harmony — very cute town and excellent wine tasting. All in all a wonderful place to stay. Thank you to the owner and management company!!

Perfect Place for Quick Getaway
This place is awesome. We came to town for a wedding a Paso Robles and this location was perfect. The home was clean, neighbors were welcoming and check-in/check-out process was a piece of cake. The best thing about this place were the beds; they were comfortable as any I've ever slept in.

We were extremely pleased with this condo and its location. The only disappointment is that the grill listed as one of the amenities was old and rusted and did not work...a true disappointment. Otherwise would highly recommend.

Multi family beach getaway
This was a perfect getaway for my sister and our families to spend some quality time together in our "little bubble" during the pandemic. There was pleny of room for the 10 of us. No need to bring beach toys, towels or board games. This is all available!.... Relaxing on the deck, listening to the waves and watching the sunset was amazing and so good for the soul. Cambria was just 5 min away and we enjoyed strolling through the shops. Walking on the beach was nice......not crowed at all.....it was like having your own private beach backyard. Definitely recommend this place!!

Relaxing beach stay coming out of quarantine.
My son and I celebrated my birthday coming out of three months of quarantine in Southern California. My son lives in the Bay Area and this was a perfect spot to meet. We enjoyed the beach, sunsets, cooking and bowing, wine tasting and visiting Morro Bay.

Pictures can't adequately show the gorgeous views from this place! Steps to the beach, as in maybe 20 steps, literally. Private access to the beach (as in not open to general public to use the path and stairs). The path and steps, however, are shared with a few other neighbors. The neighborhood is quiet. There are two sitting/TV areas. Upstairs sitting area was our favorite. It has a sky light and high windows so there's a lot of natural light. The kitchen had everything we needed, but it is very small; there's room for only one cook. Comfortable beds. Even the pickiest sleeper among us was satisfied with the beds. Extra beach towels provided. There are also a couple of folding chairs to take to the beach. If you have children, you'll need to bring your own beach toys. Lots of outdoor seating on the deck. Plenty of parking (we had 3 cars). Just minutes away from Cambria shopping/dining. There are some restaurants in San Simeon but we preferred to go to Cambria restaurants with better reviews. Main Street Grill in Cambria does take-out and we loved their BBQ menu items. Property Management was professional and friendly. Checking in and out was easy. No extra cleaning to do before checking out. Overall, we loved this place. Family voted to book again.
