All I had to do was pack them up and once the room was ready, they moved it all. It was especially helpful since my second room was on the second floor. The robes in the room are VERY comfortable! "

"The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, creating a friendly atmosphere with snacks and ice cream for guests. However, the hotel lacks an elevator, so we had to climb several flights of stairs to reach our room on the third floor. The linens are clean and old, the room shows signs of wear. Overall, it feels more like a three-star hotel, yet the exceptional service from the staff elevates the experience to a five-star level."

"I like that the bedroom is in a separate room from the sitting area. It is clean. The staff is friendly. Bed and pillows are comfortable. The sheets were clean, but a little rough like they were older. Nothing major, but the following was annoying: The counter was made for taller people. I am short (5 foot) and the counter came up really high. It was actually difficult for me to wash my face and brush my teeth. Also, there isn't a towel rack by the sink. The sink is separate from the toilet and shower area. The towel rack is in the toilet/shower area, so every time I washed my hands, I had to go to the other room to get the towel on the towel rack. It would be much easier if there was a towel rack by the sink. I have stayed here before, and have gotten a room in the back and had no problem with noise. This stay, I was in the front of the hotel, and could hear the noise from the street. If you stay here, ask for a room on the back side of the property, away from the noise of the street."
