"Hotel staff was amazing - check in was so easy. the rooms need updating. The bathtub in room 126 is falling apart and the bottom of the tub is peeling and there is no stopper or plug so we couldn't bath our kids which was disappointing. The couch pillows are stained and the walls in the front room need to be wiped down. The furniture looked fairly new and everything else was fine. "

"I would like to see them dust the room better behind the bed, the bed post and picture frames inside the seatings in the room very dusty lots of dust behind the bed and on the bed skirts"

"The location in San Luis Obispo, just a few exits from Cal Poly, was lovely. The property was pet-friendly and included a fenced-off area for pets. The rooms were clean and decent, and the air conditioner worked well. The hotel staff were warm and courteous, while the breakfast staff were exceptional, although the breakfast selection was average. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Madonna Inn. It rained nearly the entire stay but still managed to get some time in at the Jaquizzi! The fireplace in our room made our stay extra cozy. Looking forward to going back again!"
