Newly Remodeled Modern 2b-2b Downtown Condo!

Beautiful Condo located within walking distance of downtown entertainment and restaurants. Steps away to parks and the concho river! With 2 Queen Bedrooms, 2 Full bathrooms, spacious living area and a full-size kitchen, there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy.
Also a Smart TV in the living room for streaming and Wi-Fi!


There is a shared courtyard in the condominium complex
and Two Private parking space for guests.
There are a few cats that belong to another condo owner, and they do roam the courtyard area. But don't worry they are very friendly!
What we love most about our place is that it feels like a home. Nice and quiet community and always comfortable but you may hear neighbors going about their day as well at times.
The Condo is next door to a wedding venue and there is sometimes outdoor music, but they adhere to the city mandate for noise.

Cancellations/Trip Alterations: Our cancellation policy will be upheld as stated. This applies to trip alterations as well as cancellations. Trip insurance is recommended for unexpected changes. Extensions to your trip are welcomed if available.

Visit with son and hurricane stay
The unit is in a great location which allowed walks along the River and trails each morning and evening. Great restaurants only minutes away. The host was wonderful when we would not be able to travel home due to the timing of hurricane Beryl landfall. She allowed us to stay in the unit with a very short notice. Plan on booking again if back in the area.

Last minute booking to say goodbye to Mom
Owner was very easy to communicate and work with. Did their best to accomodate on short notice. Home was very clean, centrally located, quite and comfortable. Would suggest to any small group or couple. Pricing was very reasonable. Head and shoulders above any hotel in the area for sure. No complaints at all. Ywo thumbs up!!! Met or exceeded all expectations.
