"I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient everything was around the property. The staff was amazing and with washer and dryer on the facility made it extra convenient seeing as we stayed for 27 days. They took special care with items left in the room when cleaning. "I stayed in executive tower. The service and reception was outstanding. The room was beautiful and was 120V ready so I don’t need a converter. The restaurants and bars at the hotel were phenomenal. Since I was in the heart of Seoul and Lotte shopping mall, everything was so convenient. The subway was on the corner of the street or you can have direct access through the hotel! Shopping and dining galore!! "
