"Mission Inn is a little piece of Heaven on Earth. The customer service is the best - Ms. Layla at the front desk was helpful and gave us great advice about the famous Festival of Lights. Mr. Arturo at the Mission Inn Restaurant offers the best attention to details to all customers and we feel he gave us the royal treatment for our celebration. Really nice

"Was very nice. Clean, easy access, nice shower, nice refrigerator, really nice hair blow dryer, and nice closet. Only complaint is that there wasn’t a plug in (outlet) on each side of the bed. It wasn’t a big deal just makes charging the phone at night slightly annoying. Otherwise one of the best hotels my husband and I have stayed at. "
