The hotel is old. There is no good internet connection in the rooms. The kitchen area for breakfast is too small and not clean enough. The staff are not friendly. l do not recommend it.

As diárias poderiam ser um pouco mais baratas, até porque o hotel é bem antigo e não oferece tanto conforto assim. O único problema é ficar hospedado no terceiro andar, pois é em cima do restaurante e de madrugada eu acordo com o barulho da arrumação do café da manhã. Tirando isso, é só pedir para ficar hospedado em andar alto que está tudo certo.

Ainda que se considere o evento G20 ocorrido no periodo e que com certeza afetou a operacionalidade do hotel, o mesmo não demonstrou organização de forma preventiva magnitude...A partir do check-in mega tumultuado com o volume de reservas chegando à espera de 03 horas indistintamente quem tinha se antecipado na reserva/pagamento. Ainda que curta (check-out as 05:15') frustrante e decepcionante minha estada neste estabelecimento.
