"Cute collection of 14 (excludes the number 13) cabins right on the San Juan River Walk Trail. We were able to watch the hot air balloons right from the patio! The cabins are very clean, beds are comfortable, and my kids loved the bunks! Conveniences include pedal bikes, a communal gas grill and fire pit. The hot springs are within throwing distance and pretty much everything is a short walk. We plan on returning and would recommend this to anyone!"

"We arrived at 8pm exactly but no one was available to check us in nor was there any info about how to check in after hours. We haphazardly were able to do it through a person at the bar. The bed was great with plenty of pillows, and the bathroom was clean and had an excellent shower. We missed a TV. Also, no info or referrals about where to eat after 8pm. Very weird. Since the bar was still going it would have been nice to be able to watch some TV to counteract the bar noise."

"Pagosa Springs was wonderful and we liked it much. Property had pros and cons. Pros- Location Location Location. Best stocked kitchen where we have stayed so far. Comfortable bed. Cons- Listing says one bedroom, but really it is a large studio. No interior dividing walls around bed at all. Only one stairwell window which did not allow for much airflow at all and this window was dirty and dusty. For seating we had 2 faux leather futons and 4 bar stools near counter and 4 old dining table...
