Little Slice of Heaven on the Hill

This Charming Kitchenette with its eclectic mountain southwest decor is the perfect place for a weekend getaway. It includes 1 Queen bed, a Twin bed in a separate room and a kitchenette for simple meal preparation (no stove/oven). Under the covered porch is a charcoal grill, table and chairs, with views overlooking downtown. The neighborhood is within walking distance to the Hot Springs, the river and many of Pagosa Springs' favorite restaurants. The apartment is one of three rentals onsite, the others are a 2BR house and a 1BR studio, all attached, but with private entrances and outdoor living spaces. It's possible to rent the whole property to accommodate up to 10 people. The other two units are the San Juan ID#4197229, and the Alberta ID#4274958.

Perfect little place!
This little place was perfect for a girls’ weekend away. The place was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. There was no need to contact the host, as everything was exactly as described and we had no problems. It is a short walk into town, but the hill is steep coming back! 😅 Everyday we saw a doe and her two babies nibbling grass in the yard, and one evening a mama bear and her baby passed through the driveway. We are looking forward to coming back soon!

Everything was good. The bed was very comfortable!!! Great location for everything we wanted, restaurants,hiking, queit area even though close to town. However there is no stove only a grill outside but no pots pans to cook with? the baseboards,doorways, corners could use a good cleaning. We would return no problem just wont plan on cooking anything.

Can't beat the location!
We stayed at The Piedra in Pagosa Springs on our 1st ever trip to Pagosa! We loved that it was just two short blocks to downtown-shops, restaurants, hot springs spas. The place was well designed, very clean and my favorite thing was the covered front porch with table and chairs. We ate a couple meals out there. We had trouble figuring out how to use the AC/heater and had some other questions-the host, Linda, was very responsive!

Vacation with my son
My son and I enjoyed our stay. It was the first time in about 8 years we did a vacation together. The unit is very cute and clean. So close to walking into the town and the hot springs. We did lots of fishing and hiking and just popping in and out of various shops. I would stay here again. I would suggest having more bowls and containers for meal preparations. Maybe some Tupperware for leftovers too. I left my bowl and some utensils for future guests. Thanks again!

This little gem was perfect for a weekend away. It was walking distance to all things downtown, the view of downtown from the chairs just outside the house was a perfect way to end the day. The house was exceptionally clean. Will visit again!
