For your stay you will enter with a coded smart lock through a large covered sitting area with fans, a grill, and an outdoor table for dining or enjoying outdoors with your group. A large kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances awaits when you enter from your travels. Open seating areas and natural light in the main level give the home a spacious welcoming feel. The home has been redesigned to have 2 main guest suites that connect to the main living area. The large open sitting and dining area has a well stocked vending machine for your convenience and enjoyment. The upper primary suite has a king size bed, sitting area, full bath on suite, and a large walk in closet. Also upstairs is another bedroom with a king bed next to another full bathroom in the hall. There is an office/flex space that has Smart TV, desk, and a comfortable custom futon that becomes a queen size bed when needed. The property accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 king beds and a queen. Smart TV's in each area with built in apps and lightning fast Fiber internet (440Mbps) will handle all of your work and streaming needs without any struggle or delay. Our guests enjoy lots of space to spread out and work, relax, or play! The lower primary suite has a king size bed with an open concept sitting area and a kitchenette with bar area in the main studio. The lower kitchenette has white shaker slow close cabinets with granite throughout and a bar area where you can relax or entertain. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge/freezer and stainless farm sink. The lower primary suite has a large walk-in closet, spa style bath retreat, and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer for guests free to use. The lower unit has its own separate patio, garden area, and entrance from outside. The home has a large fenced back yard with walking paths, young tropical landscaping, and 2 separate outdoor patios that give access to spread out and enjoy the large half acre lot together or in smaller groups.
