"The proprietor, Federico, is wonderful and answered all of our questions. He will line up transportation from airport if you want and it’s cheaper than a taxi. He directed us to transportation to Pompeii, etc. and lined up a driver for us on one day. This part of Naples felt very safe. It is walkable and close to restaurants, gelato and espresso and only a few minutes from the Galleria and the funicular to Castle of St. Elmo. "Hotel is hidden on a dirty street. There was no reception to greet us, nor to check out…staff no -existent. Hot water heater leaked - making a wet mess on bathroom floor. Shower configuration was not good, turn on shower if door is not fully closed the water starts spraying out into bathroom."

"My husband and I booked a room with a sauna and spa tub at Comfort Zone planning on it being the grand finale to our Italy vacation. This place turned out to be not just the worst place that we stayed at in Italy, but the worst hotel experience of our lives.
