"Lovely little hotel in a great spot in Le Marais. Communication with the hotel prior to arrival was good, staff helpful and they provided some great restaurant recommendations. Only small issue was the coffee machine in the dining area wasn’t working on the second day, were unable to use the safe in our room and if staying in room number 2 on the ground floor, you can hear more noise from the common restroom right next door."

"Our favorite hotel in Paris! We love the location, the people who work here and the beds Re beyond comfy. We never want to leave the room. We've stayed for Christmas twice and they give us nice chocolates as a gift. The rooms are clean (though small) and the bathrooms are sufficient too. I can't recommend them enough. Side note the lady who was at the front desk most of the time was absolutely fabulous, she remembered our names and always went the Extra mile. Until next time! "

"The hotel is close to the Eiffel Tower and has a nice proximity to other areas as well. For the rate, the Hotel Malar was perfectly acceptable. The room was quite small which is to be expected for many Paris hotels, but being 6’5” it was quite difficult to use the shower in our standard room. However it was a pleasant stay. "

"Great location next to the Centre de Pompidou and a 10 min walk to the Notre Dame. There’s a metro station just a stones throw away if you need it too. Friendly staff and they were very accommodating storing our baggage when we needed it. Would definitely recommend"

"I was little skeptical choosing the property as there were few negative comments on review but I decided to try it anyway. I was nicely surprised as almost everything was perfect. Additionally adding free sparkling water on request was nice benefit ( although one male worker ( longer hair) was upset at female worker who refiled my bottle with sparkling water and was screaming/ talking with raised voice, at her in French and I hope this should be addressed , it was on 12/25/24 in the evening ) .Breakfast was good but I really missed some veggies such as cucumber or tomato or lattice, but my daughters did enjoy fresh and hot baked buns. Also Expedia does not show information that You have to request parking so there was no parking when I arrived but they did find it next morning. other than this ,room, bathroom, lobby , location and staff is perfect ! "

"My stay here was comfortable and the hotel was clean and staff friendly . The breakfast buffet had limited but great choice for healthy eating . The location although close by to the subway and bus was hidden in a street and not easily obvious that it’s a hotel. Additionally the location of the hotel could do better as it’s not the great part of town and walking in the early morning or going for a run one would need to be vigilant of your surroundings. Nonetheless I had a great three days and when I came tired from all the site seeing a hot shower and the bed offered the comfort one would need I recommend this hotel "
