"Expedia did not send our confirmation to the hotel and reception was unable to find my booking. Luckily the front desk was very nice and helpful, they called Expedia on our behalf with the confirmation number to ensure my booking and requested them to send it over to them. Rooms were clean and nice, overall they were so helpful during this time. Now I have to make sure our bookings are confirmed each time I book through Expedia. "

"The staff here was so accommodating, I have zero complaints. The front desk agent so kindly picked up on the idea that I wanted some peace and quiet in between work and she booked me into the perfect room! She was also so kind to extend my check out time by an additional 2 hours because I was in between wedding events and I was able to rest. Would absolutely stay here again, my experience was exceptional!"
