"This was a great find on a very quiet stretch of beach! The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed watching the sunset and starting off the day on the great patio. As I'm not a coffee drinker, I enjoyed the variety of tea provided. I was worried about having to find street parking but had no difficulty at all. Communication with the owner was excellent and I enjoyed some conversations with her. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We have been coming to Newport every summer and renting a beach house for about 15 years. This house was one of our favorites. The location is perfect, views are amazing, there is plenty of space for a large family and the house had almost everything we needed. BUT this was definitely the dirtiest home we’ve ever rented. The first day we contacted the property manager and they sent someone the next day to clean the floors again. But it’s very clear these floors are probably never cleaned...
