「Spacious room, enormous bathroom, spotlessly clean and well decorated, excellent quality bedding with an electric blanket for extra warmth. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Grounds are very well maintained. Chalets are separate from each other which provides peace and privacy. Great sunset view over the surrounding area. 「We arrived, the owner refused to open saying Hotels.com never sent her the confirmation. when finally we proved we had paid, we were allowed in after over an hour of sitting outside and the gate was not working. The area was difficult to find and was not in a safe area. The rooms were not as in the pictures, the water was cold. the staff were very unfriendly and inhospitable. The venue was also undergoing renovations and was incredibly dusty and unsafe.」

「This modern hotel with lovely rooms was great for our 2 night stay. Breakfast each morning was really nice and we ate in the restaurant both evenings which was also lovely. Our first night we were disappointed that the fillet steak on the menu wasn't available and mentioned this to the restaurant manager, who said he'd take care of it and true to his word, the next evening it was available.
