Luxurious Home on "The Lakes"! Heated Pool & HOT TUB! Great Golf Course!

Beautiful home in sunny Glendale, Arizona! We are excited to welcome you to our beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom 2350 sq. ft. home on the scenic Arrowhead Lakes, ready for your enjoyment! Complete with an inviting 2-person hot tub, shuffleboard table, private heated pool, and gorgeous view, this home is nestled in the beautiful Arrowhead Lakes community of Glendale Arizona. Close proximity to golf courses, Hurricane Harbor water park, AZ Cardinals Stadium, spring training baseball parks, and excellent restaurants. Additional perks of the home include two kayaks to take on the lake, WiFi, outdoor grill, Alexa Echo, Youtube streaming TV, Hulu, ESPN plus, and Netflix.

For the layout of the house, there are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. The upstairs bedrooms have a queen bed in one room, 4 twin beds (bunk beds) in second room, and a king bed in the master bedroom. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and office desk. There is a 65" flat screen LG tv in the living room, and a 65" Samsung flat screen tv in the Master bedroom. Downstairs game room has an arcade style video game with over 7200 games with any game you can imagine.

*Small fee to heat pool of $30 per night. We keep the fee low, just to recoup a portion of the cost to heat the pool. (Must notify me 1 week in advance if you opt for heated pool, as it takes several days to heat)

Great house, perfect for a family getaway
Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house we clean and well stocked with product needed in the kitchen and around the house. There was a full gym in the garage which which was a bonus. Our kids loved the heated pool and hot tub along with the shuffleboard and arcade system. We would definitely stay here again if we visit glendale.

This is a beautiful home! Plenty of amenities and extras that made our stay easy. The beds were comfortable too! Even the pull out sofa bed was great. Lots of towels for the pool, pool toys, kayaks, fishing poles, toys for the kids, soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, extra pillows, and lots of games made our stay feel like a home away from home. Communication with the property owner was always prompt as well. We were here with our cousins and their kids for a funeral and this place was just what we needed to make a difficult time better for everyone. Thank you!

Excellent Stay
We just spent 14 days here with our 2 little kids. The house was very well suited for young kids (2 and 4). Retractable gates at the ends of the steps, gate around the pool, and bunk room made the house work well with the little. The backyard hang out area was primarily outside the gated pool so we were not cramped back there when relaxing and letting the kids run free. Jared was super friendly and accessible for communication. Would stay here again no problem if we come back to Glendale. House is also super close to stores and restaurants.

PERFECT
From the moment when we first arrived to when we left this property was everything and more. Jared (owner) met us and showed us the home and answered all of our questions, it was a late arrival for us that evening it was so kind and thoughtful for him to do that. The property was super clean and ready to go which put us in a situation to relax and enjoy. The home was super well stocked with any and everything that you will need from toiletries, games, condiments, ect ect. It was so great to go out on the patio and enjoy a hot tub in the early morning and have the great pool for the afternoon, what fun we had! If there was ever a place that we will come back to it is this home. A really big thank you from our family for sharing this wonderful property.

FUN AND COZY FOR ALL
BEST property ever! We booked this place and from the second we checked in we were so happy that we found this place. Super clean, roomy, and tons of amenities. We had teenagers who loved fishing in the backyard. Our kids bonded over all the board games and videogames that the house provided. I was impressed by the "extras" it had like the Keurig pods and detergent and quality towels and washcloths. The beds were extremely comfortable and I'm very picky. The property was extremely clean and the welcome binder had all of the instructions that we needed, we didn't have to ask the owner for any questions, it was all so easy. We will book this place the next time. We all highly recommend. Parent and teenager approved. (we were in town for a baseball tournament)
