"This Hotel was recommended by 3 of my close friends and I can see why!!! Awesome location, gorgeous common areas, and nightly live jazz bands. The hotel staff was always professional and had a smile on their face. Jeremy the General Manager ensured that the hotel exceeded every guest's expectation. "Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Spa experience was outstanding! I had a massage and facial and both were first rate. The outdoor garden is lovely but it was a little to cold to enjoy during our visit. Only negative was we got a free bottle of water on the first and second nights but none on the next three nights. At 1500 Euro per night the least they could do is offer free water each night! Rooms were nicely appointed."
