"Excellent location for the area with a 10min walk to the cathedral and centre where restaurants and shops are abundant. The hotel is beautiful and we would return the staff especially Heidi were helpful. My slight issue was the breakfast as we do not eat pork it was limited to eggs nothing like a vegetarian sausage to add but apart from that we managed as everything else was perfect"

"We were greeted with a glass of cava and a thoughtful run through of sights to see around Palma with a helpful marked up map to use. Our room was upgraded with a chilled bottle of cava waiting for us in there. The service was truly excellent from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and the rooftop is perfect to unwind after a day sightseeing. The location is also excellent, steps away from the main shopping areas but down a quieter side street which felt like a haven away...
