"There was a huge rat in the apartment. The first night we found our fruits eaten by something. We brought to the front desk attention but they denied it being from rats. The second night, we found the rat in the bathroom late at night. They move our family to a higher ground but never apologised or did anything to address the hassle of throwing away all the toiletries and clothing items that had been touched by the rat."

"We had an amazing time at this villa for my hen party. There were 9 of us in total and we had more than enough space in the bedrooms, communal areas, bathrooms etc. The heated pool was great (definitely needed for our March stay) The location was also perfect; a short walk to the beach, about 10-15 mins in Uber to the airport and the city centre. Margalida was really helpful before and during our stay. I would recommend this villa to everyone "

"Excellent location for the area with a 10min walk to the cathedral and centre where restaurants and shops are abundant. The hotel is beautiful and we would return the staff especially Heidi were helpful. My slight issue was the breakfast as we do not eat pork it was limited to eggs nothing like a vegetarian sausage to add but apart from that we managed as everything else was perfect"
