"If you have plans to visit Salem, this hotel should be on your list of options. It is centrally located in the middle of everything which makes it so easy to walk to any place you desire for shopping or dining. It was also affordable. The room we had was compact, but had everything we needed. If you don't want to leave to dine, there is a restaurant on site."

"Define desk had a lady complaining of the place at bed bugs it didn't I knew she just said it cuz I just come in to check in but I mean the place is very nice is very happy with it but it does need some updating with the couch was ripped the beds were fine no place is nice it's it's one of the hotels that also just need updating and I invest in hotels so let's let's invest in this one"

"The property is beginning to show signs of wear and tear. Some soiled looking furniture and wallpaper, elevator and baseboards. HVAC needs some fine tuning. Hard to regulate temp. It was very clean and staff were excellent/ friendly and efficient. Food was just okay."
