"In short: one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Worst of all is the customer service. There was only one person at reception who spoke poor English. All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about amenities, facilities, absolutely nothing. Also, everyone is EXTREMELY unfriendly, almost rude. Even if there is absolutely no prior information, when you arrive at the hotel they charge for...

"The Neuhausen Erzgebirge area is absolutely beautiful and this home is perfect for those wanting a quiet peaceful stay. Very close to Seiffen with all of the nutcrackers, smoking men, and pyramids. Neuhausen has the greatest collection of nutcrackers at their museum and is a must see! The home though is very comfortable and spacious and clean...it is as advertised. There are steep steps leading up to the bedrooms, so if that is a concern, beware. Loved this place and our stay!"

"Wundervolles altes Haus mit einer aus der Zeit gefallenen Einrichtung aus den Neunzigern (sehr cool). Scharfe Messer in der Küche (mir als Koch ein inneres Lachsbrötchen) und genügend Bäder und Toiletten im ganzen Haus (bei 12 erwachsenen Männern Lebenswichtig!). Ferner eine Tolle Wiese mit Feuerschale und einen Weber Grill... was braucht man mehr?"

"Wir haben ein schönes Wochenende in Marienberg verbracht. Die Unterkunft war klasse. Die Sauna himmlisch. Leider ist der Garten nicht umzäunt, was für Gäste mit Hunden schade ist. Aber die Umgebung bietet dafür viele schöne Routen."
