"Very nice and charming hotel. The staff is amazing. We were welcomed like old friends and given numerous tips for our 3 day stay in Catania. Breakfast is good and you can get freshly made scrambled eggs ( real eggs!) served with a smile. Order double espresso and add hot water to have really good coffee as americano is likely an instant coffee. Bed is very comfy with spotless white sheets. The area around looks a bit sketchy, but we never encountered any problems. "

This location is near bars, sex shop etc. I would it was unsafe but it also didn't feel very safe either because all the bars it's surrounded by. An enchanting courtyard filled with a variety of thriving plant and trees makes for an ideal place where I enjoyed good strong coffee in the morning and an evening limoncello.
