I like the location and cleanliness, but as important is the kitchen and dining room. The room is big enough to easily fit 30 people. This makes is perfect for groups because we have a place to meet and talk besides the dorm bedrooms. It is less than 5 minutes from the train station, a market, a grocery store and many restaurants."
