"Very nice property with extreemly good security. Room was very large for Japan (although we did book a larger more expensive room so cannot speak to the size or configuration of the regular rooms). Location is 3 minutes from train station and at the end of the main street and very close to the walking street filled with shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable room. Guest self service coin operated laundry room is excellent and TV has a channel that lets you know when the machines are in use or free. There is free coffee in the lobby for guests."

"Excellent value! There is a 7-eleven downstairs and the staff was very friendly during check-in. Block away from Don Quijote and there's an all-you-can eat shabu downstairs too. Unfortunately, there was a loud group of students staying at this hotel during my stay that ruined my experience. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place!"

"The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from the Totsuka station and several shopping areas, including a large grocery store near the subway/train station and many dining options. If you're looking for something scenic or near the big tourist areas like the waterfront, this wouldn't be it; but we wanted to be near family who live in Yokohama, so this was perfect for us. It's an easy train ride from Haneda Airport; and Tokyo Station and Ueno Park in Tokyo are only about 35 and 40 minutes away by train. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Plus it was fun to see a couple origami Shohei Ohtani in the lobby during the U.S. baseball World Series. Very satisfied with the stay. "
