There wasn’t a question I asked that they couldn’t answer or at least point me in the right direction. The breakfast was well stocked and the hotel room was clean and easily accessible from the front and back entrances. Would gladly stay again! Thank you, Brian & Natalie as well as the Hyatt team!"

" Meets my criteria; clean, comfy, quiet and affordable. Older property, pretty bare bones, but an amazing, responsive staff and the ownership knows what is necessary to maintain a budget property. Whenever I visit Phoenix, I stay here. Fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, nice TV. Hot water in the shower. Bring your own cookware, etc. Only downside was terrible wifi. Security at night which is great. Pet people, pick up the poop, bags and disposal is provided. Convenience store right across the street, restaurants just a short drive."
