「We loved the privacy and seclusion of the property. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant menu was fine for about 2 nights, but if one stayed longer, it was limited. Some of the lounge chairs were looking a bit worn. We would have liked the pool to be accessible for evening swimming. The pool area was completely dark by 7 pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Sugar Beach Hotel.」

「ホテルの前のビーチは白い砂浜でとても綺麗でした。スタッフの笑顔も対応も良かったのですが、チェックイン時にレストランに予約したのに、予約されていなかったり、プールサイドでの飲食が可能なホテルでしたが、注文を取りに来るスタッフがいなくて、わざわざ自分で注文に行ってまた持って戻ってくるのは面倒でした。ホテルは広い敷地なので、カートで送迎してもらうのですが、チェックアウトで送迎を呼んでも30分も外で待っていました。でも、なによりスタッフの笑顔が良かったので良しとしましょう。」

「Nice hotel, good food options and facilities. Restocking the mini bar (water) occured sporadically and the glasses were potentially never cleaned. Theres only soap in the bathroom, no shampoo/conditioner/moisturiser in the bathrooms (4 stars?) Unpleasant aroma outside at certain times of the day (dodgy plumbing) The process of booking a restaurant (que 30 minutes in advance and hope theres a seat) is dire. I would however, go back. It was nice, and reasonable value for money.」

「Liked the Property but I was entertaining 3 Friends early for one night before our weeks Condo. stay, the bathroom tub was so discusting I have a picture, The worse was the phone line did not work and we were cut off from all communication. 「My wife and I came from the US for our honeymoon for 7 days and we loved our stay! To be honest, we were worried after reading some of the reviews, but the staff was helpful and prompt, the property was clean, the pools were nice, and the beach was great!
