"Its an amazing resort hotel especially the pool and room neatness. Service is exceptional and the quality is clearly first class. Buffet can definitely match any Marriott hotel and not to mention the 2 other chinese restaurants delicious dishes. Front desk was so attending and make sure my staybis unforgivable. "Nice receptionist who offered us room upgrade. Actually the property was full of guests when we entered into restaurant for breakfast. Some of them should be frequent visiting guests or long term tenants. Very good environment."

"We had a wonderful stay with our three children in the two bedroom harbour view room. The room was lovely and clean and the hotel facilities such as the pool were great. When we arrived at the room the bunk beds were much too high for our older kids (3 and 5) so we had to put them in the queen bed and the adults used the bunk beds. Not a fault with the hotel but something to be aware of if you have young children. We also found the floor got really messy quickly so a hand vacuum or small brush...

"Very nice hotel, modern and feels luxurious without the high cost rate. Only minutes walk to the Airport Express train station, and then from there, only literally 1 minute if not less train ride to the airport. Very convenient. Room is a bit smaller than what I'm used to in the US, but it's no big deal. Would definitely stay here again if I have overnight transit at HKG."

"The front desk staff was considerate and extremely helpful. Cleaning staff was pleasant and most helpful. Everyone was accommodating and welcoming. They made our stay exceptional even though the property and room themselves were mediocre. But they have a self-serve laundry facility which made things so much easier. And being so close to convenience stores, public transportation and leads of choices for dining, it was a really great stay for us all round."
