"Booked this somewhat last minute and glad we found it! Traveling with teens so it was nice to have room to spread out, the house is really quite large, we didn’t even really use the entire downstairs floor. Recently renovated and attractive. Good location in Bottle Creek, right near the Promenade which was nice for a daily walk. Lots of friendly goats to befriend! Easy drive to North shore beaches or to Middle Caicos. Dragon Cay on Middle Caicos is unbelievable and we went a few times. House had what we needed, we cooked at home quite a bit. Also very close to the only ATM On the island! Overall, highly recommend. And if price is a concern I don’t think you’ll find a better value anywhere on Provo, North or Middle! "

"High Rock House is in a central location in Bottle Creek, making it easy to get to all locations on North and Middle Caicos. The property was clean and the owners were very accommodating. Wifi wasn't working when we arrived, but they came and fixed it a few hours later. The reason for the 3 stars is that the photos shown are of a completely different apartment. Additionally, the toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle did not work. Another small complaint was the bedroom blinds cannot shut out the bright light from an outside bulb. I was able to cover the window with a towel, which helped.Other than these issues, the host was very kind and it was more than enough for us to enjoy the beauty of these islands."

"I’ve had the good fortune to travel all over for both work and leisure and I’ve stayed at some great places over the years, but this place really takes the cake. From the gorgeous, secluded location to the immediate proximity to world class fishing, this place has it all. John (host) could not have been more accommodating. From the restaurant and points of interest suggestions to helping us secure paddle boards to explore Bottle Creek, John truly went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable week. Already planning to make this an annual trip! This gorgeous house is spacious and clean and fully equipped with all the creature comforts of home so you can just sit back, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet of this spectacular gem of an island."
